Preparing for Spring: Special Donations Needed

Preparing for Spring: Special Donations Needed

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASpring babies will be here soon! We need to stock our pantry with special diets that we order from the US. With our case numbers increasing by 30% from the previous year, we’re looking for wildlife heroes to help us care for all of the infant wildlife coming through our doors. For those who are able to help us purchase these diets, we offer them a special release of a rehabilitated animal!

  • Formula for starving birds: We need to order 3 tubs. A single tub costs $73 or $220 for all three.
  • Formula for infant rabbits: We need one bucket at $119.
  • Formula for infant squirrels: Has been sponsored!!!!

Donations can be made through PayPal http://pwildlife.ca/1424-2/ and write in the comment section that it is for formula (with your contact info). Alternatively, you can call (204) 510-1855 and we can process your credit card over the phone, or you can mail in a cheque to PO Box 48059 RPO Lakewood, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 4A3.

We will contact you for more details to arrange a release. Many of our songbirds could be released in your backyard, or we can plan for a special birthday surprise.

    Hi there,
I belong to a local garden club and admire your efforts to nurture and support our wildlife that we all care so deeply about. Most people assume are “taken care of” by somebody, we don’t know who, but just assume they’re all fine.
I am going to try to get a donation together for you and I hope that more people out there will care enough to make a difference as well by sending a donation, small or large, especially for the Spring babies who suddenly become orphans or are injured.
